Omg I just realised that it's exactly a month away from Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year! I want to learn how to make chocolate from scratch. I need those friendly Japanese directions/recipes (sadly not friendly language wise)... they have the tradition of making home-made ones and giving them to people they appreciate and of course, treasure! Won't you love home-made chocolates bursting of sincerely and love? :)
